Note on state guidelines: PTA memberships cannot be processed or rolled over into the new term until August 1 because the official fiscal and membership year for state and national PTA organizations begins on August 1. State portals (like Texas PTA) close late-summer submissions to transition records, reconcile per capita dues, and reset active unit statuses for the upcoming school year.
