💵 Savings: We buy supplies in bulk, securing discounts that we can pass straight to you. Your fee buys more than individual retail could!

🔄 Support All Year Long: This isn't a one-time delivery. The PTA uses these funds to actively replenish and restock classroom supplies all year as they run low. No mid-year "we're out of glue" panic!

🌎 Reduce Waste: We inventory and carry over unused supplies from previous years to maximize every dollar and keep fees low.

🤝 An Equal Start: We stock classroom cabinets with identical, teacher-approved supplies so every student has equal access on day one.

Quick FAQs:

• Why no shopping list? Because we buy bulk to stock classrooms communally, we don't have a standard retail list. This also protects you from buying the wrong things if rosters shift before school starts!

• What about special projects? The fee covers daily essentials. Specific creative projects later in the year (like poster boards for IB projects) may be requested by teachers as they come up.

• Why is there tax? We get this question a lot! Per Texas state tax law, when a PTA sells merchandise directly to individuals (like supply packs), we are required to collect and remit standard sales tax to the state. Every dollar of tax collected goes straight to the Texas Comptroller!
