PTA memberships go on sale annually on August 1st and can be purchased directly on our website by clicking here: https://www.durhampta.org/join

First and foremost, you should join our PTA through membership. If you're interested in a specific role or position, please fill out our PTA Interest Form. Filling out the form does not commit you to any role, but starts the conversation.

A: We have general meetings once a month. We list all meeting dates on this page so that you can plan ahead. For the 2026-2027 school year we will be meeting on the second Monday of the month barring scheduling conflicts. Meetings are held starting at 5:45 pm in the Durham cafeteria (our October meeting is virtual). We have to wrap up by 7 pm, so we won't keep you long!*Please note that childcare will be provided through Kidventure for all toilet trained children and children are welcome to be part of these meetings as well. We also try to have Spanish translation available during our meetings. Remember that we do vote at these meetings and you must be a PTA member in order to vote.
